Adding Texture in Photoshop

While there are loads of great texture resources online, why not create your own? All you need is a scanner and some household junk to put in it! I’ll take a cookie sheet from my kitchen, scan it, and put it to good use, applying a variety of textural layers in Photoshop with a little bit of help from Fireworks.
